Melt blown fabric is the core material of mask,which is mainly made of high melt index polypropylene (melt blown material). This kind of melt blown fabric has many excellent fiber structures which are lots of gaps inside,fluffy structure and good anti-wrinkle ability.This kind of microfiber with unique capillary structure increases fiber quantity and surface area per unit area, which makes the melt blown fabric good filtration, shielding, heat insulation and oil absorption.
In face of the blowout demand of the melt blown fabric as the core material of the face mask, XINDA has been speeding up research and development of the technology applying to such field based on the existing technical support.Recently,we have used our reciprocating single screw kneading and compounding system to produce melt blown material (MI 1500 +) successfully.
The birth of this technology has successfully broken the traditional production process using twin screw extruder. The unique mechanism of such technology from XINDA makes the materials bear continuous shearing, orientation, cutting, folding, stretching and other processes in the barrel,which makes polypropylene raw material and peroxide can get good mixing effect,meanwhile,increasing the internal extrusion rate, heat and melt retention time to achieve the purpose of mechanical shear degradation and thermal degradation.For polymer melts,degradation needs to be uniform and evenly,which can avoid uneven viscosity and distribution of molecular weight dispersed because of inconformity degradation,at the same time,no over degradation required.
